This sensitive artist has made a major contribution to contemporary Marathi literature. His style which by it’s very nature is unbounded, cannot be fit into rigid compartments; nor has he allowed himself to be fettered by technicalities.
For more than three decades; he has freely roamed the realms of drawing & painting, sculpture, photography, typography, calligraphy, editorial art, graphic art, digital graphic, art direction, print media and advertising.
His work is making his mark even in the newer fields of electronic media and theme parks.
He has created a lot of work on apple ipad with apps like art rage, layers pro and so on. He finds new medium very interesting. in this book he talks about the technical aspect of painting, and how to handle digital media most effectively.
Here chandramohan share the techniques of painting in digital media on canvas as he practices them. With study and experience one can use this techniques and media in different way too.
Chandramohan use this techniques his way and according to his prescription, he does not claim that his study is complete.
A computer is something that explored and exploited by each person according to his needs and methods. It is perhaps wrong to insist the everyone to use the medium in a similar way. The auther-artist only wishes to allay fears about digital media to the techniques, and to create a technical base upon which anyone can build his own structure according to his inclinations.
